Our registered 501c3 mission purpose

FOUNDATION  for UNITED  NONPROFIT  DISTRIBUTION

of   AMERICA,  INC.

and its duration shall be perpetual.

 Nonprofit Purposes

Section 1. IRC Section 501(c)(3) Purposes This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Section 2. Specific Objectives and Purposes  The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be decided upon by the board and shall be:

  1. To provide contributions and/or grants, such as is approved by the board of directors, for the promotion and empowerment of social entrepreneurship within and without the continental United States of America, as deemed appropriate and voted upon by majority of the board of directors.
  2. To assist the public and assist local, state and federal agencies during times of disasters, misfortune, negligent acts committed by others, and acts of God.
  3. To act as an agent which provides specific services by agreement to certain organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and to certain business entities that are legal and regular corporate or non-corporate contributors to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
  4. To disperse certain contributions, by agreement with certain business entities, mentioned in Sec. 2, sub-Sec. iii.,  to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
