NORMACSM Patent Pending Process


Excerpt from the USPTO application: “The invention is needed to intellectually protect a new electronic funds transfer method of assisting certain business entities and specific, qualifying non-profit organizations [as registered under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c) and/or all public charities described in Internal Revenue Code Section 509 in their process of receiving normal contributions by means of electronic funds transfer (EFT)]. For purposes contained herein, this method is heretofore termed a Non-profit Organization Residual Merchant Account Contribution:NORMACsm.  NORMACsm shall apply new methodology to existing, patented (particularly classes 705 & 902) and non-patented electronic funds transfer (EFT) methods and techniques involved in the normal procedure of merchant account credit card processing. This method shall automatically capture and redirect funds (that portion of the processing fees above costs) to a designated non-profit contribution fund using existing, patented (particularly classes 705 & 902) and non-patented electronic funds transfer (EFT) methods and techniques involved in the normal procedure of credit card processing merchant account operation(s).  These funds are derived during the normal processing procedure being used at the time that the NORMACsm is executed by predetermined selected credit card merchant account(s), of either pre-existing, existing, or new credit card processing merchant account operation(s), sourced out of all or a portion of the normal revenue profit of that specified predetermined selected credit card merchant account(s).
